We will celebrate Das Lakshan parva from September 8th, Sunday to September 17th, Tuesday and Kshamavani on Sunday, September 21st.

Morning pooja: 8:00 AM – Abhishek, Shantidhara, Puja and Aarti
Evening events: 7:00 PM – Parshvanathji Aarti + other aartis, followed by religious Discussion by Pandit Kamal Kantji.
Abhishek at Rajdhani mandir – we request those who have their abhishek turn during these days to perform the abhishek at Rajdhani Temple and then join at Digambar Jain Temple for puja.
Events: All events will be held at SDJTVA (Jinalaya), 14901 Murdock St, Chantilly, VA – 20151.
Hosting Pandit ji
Kamal Kumar Jain will be joining us for the Das Lakshan program. He arrives on September 5th and leave on 22nd. That will be 17 days. We are requesting to please sign up for following:
1. Picking up and dropping off from airport
2. Hosing them during daytime and provide lunch and dinner per his dietary needs (will providing further information)
3. Host them at minimum 5 nights or longer or for a full stay.

Bolis
· Shantidhara – Please note that Shantidhara boli for Mahavirswami ji will be open/competitive boli, while Shantidhara boli for Adhinath ji will be fixed boli/first come first serve.
· Evening Parshvanathji Aarti – this will be an open/competitive boli for one family. Entire family can participate in evening Aarti.o The other evening aartis will be open for all.
· The table below shows the starting price for bolis. All open bolis will increment in $20s.

Will be on Tuesday, September 17th at 6:30 PM at the temple.
Parna Ceremony
We will have a Parna ceremony Wednesday, September 18 at 8:00 AM for those who have done tapasya of 3 or more “Upvaas” or all 10 Ekasanas. Please let us know if you like to participate/announce about your tapashcharya.
Kshamavani Celebration
We will celebrate Kshamavani on Saturday, September 21. Puja will be at 8:30 AM, followed by a cultural program and lunch. Please let us know if you wish to sponsor a full lunch or as part of it.

Volunteers/Help During Das Lakshan
We are requesting volunteers to help with preparation before and after the puja in the morning during Das Lakshan and Kshmavani celebration. Please let us know if you can help.

Children’s Tapa Activities
We will share a worksheet for activities suitable to children and for Das Lakshana. If you wish to sponsor children’s activities, please let us know as well.
Religious Events at Home
Pandit Kamal Kumar Ji will be available to facilitate private religious events at your place if timing does not conflict with IDJO events. You can consult Pandit Ji about your needs but also consult Rushina and Vijay for approval to ensure timing is not any conflict.
We are requesting $250 donation to temple for the private event that you would like Pandit ji to facilitate. You may give any amount to Pandit ji you feel appropriate for the honorarium.
